Updated View of New Store Layout

The reconfiguration of the Apple stores’ layout is fully revealed with the Southlake Town Center store grand opening: Genius Bar, Studio Bar, iPod Bar, Macs on the left, iPods on the right, and lots of music/iPod accessories in the middle. Like all future smaller stores, there is no theater or Internet café, and the ‘kids’ section is trimmed down to two tiny tables and four seats. In fact, small stores with a theater will hear jackhammers as workers convert them to Studios Bars over the next year or so. I’ve summarized the change in an overhead diagram of the latest store.
