South African Apple Centre Goes On-Line

The BizCommunity.com Web site reports on the recent success of the Digicape Apple Centre (Cape Town, South Africa) on-line store, saying it gathered 434 registered customers and $40,554 in sales during its first 25 days of operation. The store owners were surprised to learn that one-third of the on-line shoppers were outside of the Cape Town region. “The outlet is continually morphing, finding what works and what doesn’t,” said Robin Olivier, director of Digicape.
