Italy Admin Job Position Posted

Apple continues to put support in place for its upcoming Rome (Italy) retail store with a job posting for an Operations Coordinator to handle personnel and administrative duties. The position requires fluency in English and Italian, will be based in the UK, and will report to the Senior Manager, Store Operations and Communications (Europe). Among the duties are providing daily operations support, updating the Italy retail Web site, administering the country’s Intranet accounts, updating contact directories, and managing the update process for the policy and procedure manual. The position must also, “Help identify, communicate, and resolve recurring questions and issues,” and, “Research Point-of-Sale transactions to resolve customer service and compliance issues.” Among the required qualities and skills of an ideal candidae are, “Passionate dedication to the delivery of consistent and unparalleled customer service,” and, “Flexibility that enables professional, efficient reaction to directional changes.” The job description says that fluency in an additional language woud be, “a plus (French/German).”
