Forget about RAM and MHz. The real complexity at an Apple store is the sales and accounting tasks required of those who work the point-of-sale (POS, cashwrap) position. They must thoroughly know Apple’s standardized procedures for handling every type of transaction and method of payment: purchases, exchanges and returns, using cash, credit and debit cards, traveler’s checks and gift cards.
