A completely unsatisfied blogger writes about her experience at The Westchester Genius Bar while attempting to fix a dead wireless mouse. The blog includes some amazing exchanges between the Genius and customer, and the conclusion that the Genius Bar there is, “a woefully understaffed repair department in which everybody’s dirty laundry gets aired in front of all the other customers also waiting their turn.”
