The Regent Street store is busy! If you try to log on to the new Concierge reservation service for the Genius Bar, you’ll find that appointments are almost impossible to obtain, even at mid-day. I logged on at 1 p.m. local time, 8 hours before the store closes, and this message told me— no way.
