Moscow’s (Russia) retailing of Apple products received an enormous boost with the grand opening 3 weeks ago of the country’s first Apple Center, which actually has lots of stock, displayed in typical Apple fashion. Previously, Apple’s distributor had very primative retail spaces and, except for iPods, didn’t attempt to sell to the ordinary Russian consumer, but rather focused on business customers. And, yes, it’s spelled “Center” instead of “Centre.”
