I’ve known about the future store at Crabtree Valley Mall (NC) for about a year, and now it’s finally on-track. Mall management says the Apple store will open during the first half of 2006.

A new Apple Centre has opened in Lisbon (Portugal), the very first in the country. The store opened Oct. 27th and looks very much like others in Europe.

More photos of the future Fukuoka (Japan) store show the classic lines of stainless steel, a covered-up back-lit logo on the window-less second floor, and the floor-to-ceiling windows on the third floor. It includes Ben Simpson’s purchase of the iPod (cash!), and a pretty hilarious conversation with a Mac Specialist at the register about the warranty.
