The number of confirmed tips on future stores has now reached 33, with all of them opening within the next 12 months. Apple has previously said they’d have 125 stores open by the end of this October. With 103 stores open now, that leaves 22 more stores by Apple’s count, 11 fewer than the total of confirmed locations. From all appearances, Apple is ahead of their own schedule. Apple issues its quarterly financial report this Wednesday, including an update on the Retail segment–I’ll be posting information as soon as it’s released.
