I’m receiving mixed messages on the future of stores in the UK: Apple is definitely opening a London store, will soon begin recruiting employees for a Birmingham store, and is looking for a proper space in Manchester. However, I’m also hearing that Apple is cautious about opening stores beyond London, and wants to gain some experience from the Regent Street store before deciding to go forward with additional stores.
