The Alderwood Mall (Wash.) will open Nov. 4th, and the associated Apple retail store will reportedly open the same day. Interestingly, the first 2,500 persons into the mall will receive a "fashionable tote bag" containing products from 15 of the mall’s stores. No word on whether Apple contributed to this gift bag!
