No fooling… the plaintiff in a lawsuit against Apple Computer has posted a Web site titled, “Tell On Apple,” saying he wants to, “uncover any skeletons that exist at Apple,” and asking site visitors to file complaints against Apple with the appropriate government agencies. Tom Santos, filing the lawsuit on behalf of himself, his company Macadam, and “on behalf of the general public,” has posted a copy of the lawsuit, which is a long, repetitive and many times non-specific account of the relationship between his company and Apple, and alleges 21 counts of misconduct.
