Microsoft has built a 20,000 square-foot space in Redmond (Wash.) to help it research retail concepts, and to train businesses in how to sell Microsoft products. It resembles a retail store, but it’s really a test laboratory for new ideas and technology for selling. The company has created a video that explains it all–or at least, tries to explain it. There’s lots of talk about “leveraging” and “experiences” and “immersive.” It all looks much too complicated and cluttered for any consumer–where would their eyes focus upon coming into this place? Take a look at the video. I’m sure the Apple retail team is chuckling.
hmmm thats actually pretty cool, id be probably be more impressed if they actually took care of their customers, Windows will be around and will always have the greatest technology around. Seems like Apple is always going to be second tier
