The Best Store Reviews?

I've posted an on-line survey to collect information about the performance of Apple stores, but there's another Web survey site that has a great collection of stories--yelp.com lets real customers report their experiences on all sorts of businesses, and there is a fair representation from Apple stores. It's interesting to read about service and purchase experiences, and how passionate people are about what are essentially an assemblage of electronic components. But then, it's an Apple-assemblage, so it's prompts high expectations from customers, who believe their iPods and Mac computers are more than electronics. They're part of their lives, hence the passion. Read some of the reviews and see if there's a pattern.
