The future Bolyston Street (Boston) retail store is quickly taking shape, as you may have seen on our 24-hour Webcam. Now thanks to Mark for some dramatic alternate views of the store, including a front view, and a dramatic overhead photo in the shadow of the Prudential Building, showing how the store fits into the neighborhood, and the location of reseller Tech Superpowers behind the future store.

So will there be two entrances: Boylston and Newbury St? I can’t see them keeping that reseller there! [IFO -- One entrance on Boylston Street. The Tech Superpowers team really caters to a different crowd. They're not really a showroom reseller, but a consulting, integration, training and repairs for biz and industry types.]
So is it in fact going to have a classroom and rooftop garden, essentially a copy of the top of the NMA store? [IFO -- Yes, that roof area sure looks interesting. Looks like it will definitely have a large skylight over the interior, which will include a glass staircase.]
One entrance on Boylston St.
The building borders an alley in the back (not Newbury St.).
Spiral glass staircase, with skylight and grass roof like the North Michigan Ave. store in Chicago.
Also similar to that store with the air conditioning units/etc. housed
on the back side of the roof.
It won’t have two entrances because the building is not on both Newbury and Boylston. There’s an alley behind the building. (Which is honestly brilliant community planning.)
whats so special about an alley
r u guys high? That is not newbury street! Its an ally between the buildings. I live in Boston… Your wrong
Apparently Google hasn’t updated their photos of Boston in a while:
